The NewWell Fund makes loans and loan guarantees to people with disabilities for equipment and technology that increase independence, quality of life and employment opportunities.

Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative

Through the creation of the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative (CNI) Trust Fund, the Commonwealth makes available to Virginia-based organizations, institutions and researchers, funds to address the need to improve the treatment and care of Virginians with traumatic spinal cord and brain injuries.

Rehabilitative Services Incentive Fund (Word Document)

The Rehabilitative Services Incentive Fund (RSIF) was formed to address unmet or underserved needs identified in local Disability Services Board needs assessments and to develop community programs for people with physical and/or sensory disabilities.
