Full Time Associate Director of Day Support Services
Position #2601
Manage the delivery of day support services for adults through subordinate supervisors for multiple center locations in the Board’s service area. Duties include supervision, assurance of compliance with regulatory standards, budget oversight, maintenance of a record-keeping and data collection system, coordination of referrals, and development of individual services plans. Applicant must possess a commitment to developing and offering quality options leading to personal growth. Experience and Education: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field and possess three years of related supervisory/managerial experience in program(s) serving individuals who have mental retardation or other development disabilities. Valid Virginia driver’s license and safe driving record required.
SALARY RANGE: $39,349 - $65,268 (Level 16)
