FOLLOW-ALONG

There shall be an annual review and follow-along by DRS for two consecutive years after case closure via survey or telephone interview and will include the following inquiries with the responses documented:

• What are the annual gross earnings of your business?
• Do you have any employees? How many? How much do you pay each?
• The customer may be asked to send a copy of their year-end fiscal statement or summary.
• Of the services provided, which were most beneficial?
• What other services would have helped?
